A bear in California was crossing the street when oncoming traffic scared him off the railing. The bear somehow caught on the supporting beams below and was trapped 100 feet in the air. Truckee Animal Control Officer Robert Brooks and his colleagues decided to help, fearing it would fall.
Frightened and hung for life, the bear was able to find a place on its carrier beam.
But the bear was still moving to the side of the arch, hoping to get down.
A network of ropes and pulleys emerged with the help of some volunteers.
His only option now was to shoot the bear with a soothing arrow. As soon as it entered into force, one of the animal control officers came out with a harness.
The policeman moved the bear to the net. Then he lay down safely on the ground.
The bear was placed in the shadows where it woke up and fled quickly.
What an amazing end to a situation that could have ended very badly. All the greetings for the people who helped that poor bear
