Budweiser's 2014 Super Bowl commercial titled "Puppy Love" showed the formation of friendship and bond between a Labrador retriever puppy and a now inseparable Clydesdale. The puppy still creeps into the neighbor's house to see his horse companion, but the puppy is then adopted and forced to leave it behind.
The ad also shows a viewer of a bar preparing to reopen
The ad says, "We can't wait to see our faces. But when we do, let's do it safely."
The story of a Clydesdale horse's relationship with a puppy was first featured in a 2014 Budweiser ad called "Puppy Love." Budweiser said he took archived footage to make the new ad comply with social distancing guidelines.
Since venues began reopening a few months ago, it shows a bar getting ready to work. "We can't wait to see our faces. But when we do, do so safely," the ad says at the end.
“Wherever you are and with whom you are, remember to drink and communicate with others responsibly. Welcome back, Buds,” Budweiser wrote on YouTube.
These friends are about to meet again soon, and they can't wait!
