A man named Don Chatten was at the Bark Park at Ellicott Creek Park with his two rescued dog when one of them began acting entertaining.
He didn't have any idea what to think from the start however then heard a modest whining close from the brook beneath.
Furthermore, there it was; a little canine was stranded in the cold water. He shouted out for somebody to call 911 yet realized the canine wouldn't endure any longer, so he bounced in. He broke the ice with his lower arm and went out in the midsection profound water to snatch the canine.

The puppy was taken to the vet and given crisis care, and they said the canine was spared as a result of Don's fast reasoning and magnanimous act.
