The Humane Society of the United States has found more than 70 dogs suffering from a hybrid dog meat farm and puppy mill in South Korea. They rescued all of the dogs and moved them to a makeshift boarding house until they were ready for adoption.
This is the 16th dog meat farm that the Humane Society has closed permanently since it launched its pioneering dog meat farm transformation program in 2015. While opposition to dog food continues to grow steadily in South Korea, new regulations and court rulings have started to plague Industry.
This is great news, and it wouldn't be possible without the hard work of Humane Society and all of its donors and supporters!
These dogs can now have a peaceful healthy life.
