A woman on Winn Dixie in the Metairie was in the parking lot when she noticed a box with duct tape moving. He looked at him and didn't believe him when he saw a small dog still wearing a shock collar inside. It was clear that the poor guy was put there on purpose and left behind.
Rusty was transferred to the Humane Metairie Shelter a few blocks away. He was shy around humans and totally entangled. But it wasn't long before I started trusting the employees!
A good boy will be put up for adoption in a few weeks and will finally find his loving home forever, where he will never have to worry about giving it up again!
